These terms cover your use of Pinch, the AI assistant run by Gather. By texting (234) 281-9406 you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

What Pinch does

Pinch calls companies and pharmacies on your behalf to ask for lower prices, discounts and retention offers, and texts you what it found. Pinch is an AI, not a person. Calls may be recorded.

• You're in charge. Pinch never accepts an offer, changes a plan or makes a payment without your explicit yes by text.
• You verify yourself. When a company needs to confirm it's you, Pinch texts you to join the call. Pinch never pretends to be you.
• Savings aren't guaranteed. Companies decide what they offer. Prices and offers are theirs, and may change.
• Not advice. Pinch doesn't give medical, insurance, legal or financial advice. Pharmacy prices are quotes from the pharmacy; ask your doctor or pharmacist about your medicine.

Your part

• You're 18 or older and in the United States.
• You only ask about accounts that are yours or that you're authorized to manage.
• What you tell us is accurate.

Messaging terms

• Pinch texts you only about requests you start: questions it needs answered, call updates, a request to join a call, and results.
• Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply.
• Text STOP to (234) 281-9406 at any time and we won't text you first again; we'll still answer if you message us. Text START to opt back in. Text HELP or email delbert@gatherat.ai for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Price

Pinch is free to use today. If that changes, we'll tell you by text before you're charged anything.

Limits

Pinch is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Gather isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what companies offer, charge or do with your account.
